To facilitate the successful integration of AI-powered tools, the full-time remote AI Adoption Specialist will manage change initiatives, create training materials, and partner with various stakeholders to ensure effective adoption across the organization. Key responsibilities Build and implement change management plans for new AI capabilities, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies Create practical support materials to assist teams in effectively using new AI-enabled workflows Define and track adoption metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of AI integration in daily work processes Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational change, or related fields Experience supporting enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives Demonstrated ability to develop change strategies and engage stakeholders effectively Familiarity with generative AI and AI-assisted tools Prosci, CCMP, or other change management certification preferred
