Supporting enterprise AI adoption, the full-time AI Adoption Specialist will develop strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans while collaborating with technical staff and stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute an AI adoption strategy and implementation plans aligned with agency objectives Lead workshops to identify business needs, assess AI use cases, and translate AI capabilities into workflows Design and deliver AI enablement programs, including training series and self-service resources Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in consulting, organizational change, or technology adoption 2+ years of experience supporting AI adoption or technology transformation initiatives Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, or adoption strategies Experience with generative AI tools and applying out-of-box capabilities Bachelor's degree
