Agiloft Solution ArchitectLocation: Charlotte, NC / Remote Fulltime OnlyAct as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) subject matter expertHands-on experience with one or more CLM tools/products such as: Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Conga, DocuSign CLM, SpringCM, etcExperience implementing signature tools such as: Adobe Sign, DocuSign, etcWell-versed in business process mapping, workflow diagrams, template assembly, merge field mapping, and configuration of CLM toolsAbility to create and maintain well-written artifacts such as process flows, user stories, and design documentationExcellent client-facing written and oral communication skillsDeliver end-to-end CLM implementations by:Assessing the current state and defining future state processes based on areas for improvement and fit-gap analysisWorking with business users to translate business needs into functional and technical requirementsDesigning scalable and reliable solutionsManaging the implementation/development of the solutionServing as a liaison between the business and the development teamsRefining business requirements and managing business priorities while ensuring scope alignmentLeading and facilitating design workshops, documenting the output/findings, creating user stories, and obtaining customer sign-offAuthoring and managing contract templates, managing clause libraries, workflows, and other CLM configurationsRecommending, contributing to, and applying CLM best practicesCreating clear and accurate training materialsConducting user training and/or Train-The-Trainer sessionsPartnering with executive/project sponsors to promote user adoptionAppropriately assessing and communicating risks as well as alternative solutions where necessary
