As an Instructional Designer, you will:
- Design and develop eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led training solutions for technical, compliance, systems, or soft skills concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content, define learning objectives, and create engaging learning materials.
- Conduct detailed analysis of tasks, business processes, and systems to tailor training for the target audience.
- Utilize company standards and templates to develop storyboards, eLearning modules, virtual learning content, and more.
- Engage with subject matter experts for content review and validation, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Manage tasks and deadlines proactively, communicating any issues or risks.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience in developing eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led training.
- Strong background in instructional design and adult learning theory.
- Proficiency in Articulate Rise, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
Preferences
- Experience developing instructor-led training for hands-on, skills-based content.
- Ability to translate complex procedures into engaging learning content.
