Coordinating delivery across teams supporting Army Finance modernization on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), the remote Agile Release Train Engineer will establish program-level planning, resolve cross-team dependencies, and align technical and business work around measurable release objectives. Key responsibilities Establish and facilitate the program-level Agile cadence across delivery teams and shared services Plan and facilitate Program Increment planning, dependency reviews, and integrated demonstrations Track delivery metrics and facilitate retrospectives to improve team coordination and execution Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in software or IT delivery, including 3+ years coordinating multiple Agile teams or release trains Practical knowledge of SAFe-aligned delivery and program-level Agile coordination Experience facilitating Program Increment planning and cross-team dependency management Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, management, engineering, or a related field Must meet Government citizenship and background check requirements
