Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management.
- 5+ years of experience with Scrum techniques and artifacts, including Definition of Done, user stories, backlog refinement, and automated testing practices.
- 5+ years of experience working with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Outstanding organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
