Agile Project Lead / Scrum Master
Location: Lansing, MI | Hybrid
We’re looking for an Agile Project Lead / Scrum Master to support a collaborative team focused on analytics solutions. This is a hands-on role responsible for driving Agile delivery, managing the backlog, leading Scrum ceremonies, and partnering with stakeholders to keep work moving forward.
What You'll Do
- Lead 2-week Agile/Scrum sprints
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage and refine the team backlog
- Break larger initiatives into clear, actionable user stories
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify priorities and remove blockers
- Track Agile metrics including velocity, capacity, and sprint completion
- Identify opportunities to improve team delivery and processes
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for sprint tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum, project management, or product ownership
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and sprint-based delivery
- Experience with backlog refinement and user stories
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor’s degree
- CSM, PSM, or similar Agile certification is a plus
