Agile Delivery Lead

To enhance team performance and project delivery, the full-time Agile Delivery Lead will manage multiple development teams, facilitate Agile methodologies, and ensure high-quality outcomes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and nurture high-performing, self-sustaining software development teams through effective communication, planning, and feedback processes Facilitate team meetings and support team dynamics to ensure clarity in project scope and prioritization Coordinate project timelines and manage inter-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery of commitments Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Agile facilitation and project management 5-7 years of experience in a multi-team, cross-functional platform environment Strong facilitation and collaboration skills Experience in organizational change management Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies
