Job Description:
- Looking for Senior, Enterprise Coach and knows it will be at the senior coach.
- Must be excellent communicator and stakeholder manager and a quick learner
- looking for coaches who can drive change in given areas of Product but who will also work to build out models and processes for implementation (so must also be analytical)
- Focus will be on:
- Intake Process - rolling it out across TTS
- Prioritization (Business Value and driving OKRs)
- OKR coaching - helping product to understand and translate to outcome oriented way of working
