Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 8+ years of IT and project delivery experience. 3+ years as Agile Coach or Enterprise Agile Coach. Proven experience leading Agile transformations across multiple teams. Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and DevOps practices. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
