Agile Coach Lead
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12 Months

The agile coach is a change agent who assists with the organizational change management. Improves team output and overall product management by encouraging collaboration, innovation, and techniques that promote agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with coaching Agile teams.
- Ten (10) years of experience working in an agile environment.
- Significant background or education in computer science.
- Knowledge of State and federal Medicaid laws, and pertinent management experience including the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Must have the following certifications:
- Project Management Institute – Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC).
