Responsibilities
- Coach Agile Squads on Scrum principles, Agile values, and best practices
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, team workshops, and stakeholder discussions
- Identify, remove, and escalating impediments impacting delivery
- Partner with Product Owners and development teams to improve backlog management and value delivery
- Promote team collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Help improve Agile maturity across teams and the broader organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional business experience
- 3+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Lead Agilist experience
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies
- Experience coaching, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Experience driving Agile transformation and organizational change
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
