🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders

✅ Drive large-scale Agile transformation initiatives

✅ Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices

✅ Facilitate Agile training, workshops, and transformation sessions

✅ Promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement

✅ Use Agile metrics to improve delivery and performance

✅ Support organizational change and cultural transformation

✅ Align Agile delivery with business objectives and enterprise strategy

✅ Influence teams and stakeholders without direct managerial responsibility

🎯 Required Experience & Skills:

🔸 10+ years of Agile Coaching experience

🔸 5+ years of software development experience

🔸 Proven experience with Agile/Product Transformations

🔸 Enterprise-wide Agile transformation experience in large, complex environments

🔸 Strong Change Management & Organizational Design background

🔸 Experience driving cultural transformation at scale

🔸 Strong knowledge of Scrum & Kanban

🏆 Preferred Certifications:

✔️ ICP-ACC

✔️ ICP-ATF

✔️ CSP

✔️ SAFe SPC

✔️ Equivalent Agile coaching credentials
