We need one Agile Coach : Senior Level who has Architecture experience and has also worked on Architecture Transformation.
Focus
Organization-wide adoption of Agile, coaching teams and stakeholders, Jean promoting a culture of agility, and driving organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Helping teams and individuals understand and adopt Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitating the implementation of Agile frameworks (like Scrum, Kanban, etc.) across the organization.
- Coaching teams and individuals on Agile mindset and behaviors.
- Mentoring and training individuals to become Agile practitioners. eru
- Helping the organization adapt to change and embrace new ways of working.
- Identifying and removing organizational impediments to agility.
