AI / Generative AI Architect
We are seeking an AI / Generative AI Architect with deep experience in LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and agentic AI systems to design and deliver enterprise‑grade, compliant AI platforms. This role focuses on building scalable, auditable, and secure AI architectures that support intelligent search, virtual assistants, and personalized engagement systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect Generative AI solutions using LLMs and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Design semantic search and NLP architectures supporting multilingual inputs and open‑text queries.
- Build agentic AI architectures with orchestration frameworks and human‑in‑the‑loop oversight.
- Define deterministic, traceable, and auditable AI behavior patterns.
- Design architectures for virtual assistants, intent recognition, recommendation systems, and personalized engagement.
- Establish integration patterns with CRM systems and third‑party data sources.
- Ensure AI solutions meet healthcare compliance, data privacy, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in software / solution architecture.
- 5+ years in AI/ML systems and 2–3 years in Generative AI & LLMs.
- Experience with Azure AI Search, semantic search, NLP, and recommendation systems.
- Hands‑on experience with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
- Strong cloud and microservices architecture experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience with API design, distributed systems, and CRM integrations.
