The Protégé Agency Producer is a unique position designed to provide you with the skills and business knowledge needed to become successful. You will work within an existing agency, learning directly from industry professionals. Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training modules and workshops as part of the Insurance University.
- Assist in client servicing by providing policy information and handling claims under the supervision of experienced agents.
- Engage in promotional activities designed to attract new clients, including network events and community outreach.
- Conduct risk assessment and analysis for potential new clients and recommend suitable insurance solutions based on their needs and profiles.
- Maintain and update client records within the agency’s database to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop strong understanding of all products, including features, benefits, and exclusions.
- Provide support to agency staff in creating customized insurance proposals tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and strategic business objectives.
- Adapt to new systems and technologies utilized within the agency for managing policies and client communications.

Requirements
- A Georgia Property and Casualty license..
- A Georgia Life and Health licenses.
