AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business-minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals who want to own and grow a profitable, multi-line insurance agency serving AAA Members. You’ll own and grow an agency that sells property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products to a loyal client base.

Onboarding and Support

• The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members.
• There is much thought, data, and research that goes into our candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement; we provide EAs with assistance on how to launch and develop their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year.
• Step-by-step onboarding with a detailed deployment plan ensuring compliance with AAA protocols and standards.
• Comprehensive education with a mix of in-person and virtual training covering core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems.
• Access to a network of experienced EAs and other business experts; recruitment review with your AAA recruiter.

Agency Owner Overview

• This opportunity targets self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency.
• You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products to a loyal client base.

Products and Coverage

• You’ll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles.
• You’ll sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles, and Commercial Lines.
• You’ll have access to brokered products from multiple, national and regional A-rated carriers to meet diverse needs (varies by state).
• You’ll sell Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities with AAA Life Insurance Company (A- rating by A.M. Best).
