Support team as a generalist with P/C Apps from inbound households and min 3 life/health monthly - must have experience in sales and service and P/C and L/H licenseManage daily activities, hold daily huddle and ensure daily tasks in ECRM are completeModel office culture for 5 star servicePlan team celebrations and promote positive office cultureQualificationsProven supervising experience with strong team management skills that inspire productivity and collaboration.Excellent organizational skills are essential.Experience with schedule management and office administration in a professional setting.Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette, client interaction, and internal team communication.Knowledge of human resources practices including training & development, filing systems, and employee relations.Prior insurance experience in office and office management is highly desirableAbility to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent follow up.This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead an energetic team within a thriving insurance agency!
