This role will include overseeing field staff, executing effective field strategies, and engaging directly with voters and volunteers through Election Day, Nov. 3, 2026.Attending regularly scheduled staff meetings with Agave Field Director and campaign leadsExecuting a training plan for all field staffVerification of field staff hoursReporting comprehensive field event metrics and efficacy to staffOther duties as assignedPrevious campaign field experience, including VAN turf and list creation, canvassing, community organizing, and voter outreachExperience leading organizersExperience executing a campaign plan or parts of a campaign planStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectivesProactive, positive, reliable and punctualBilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred but not requiredMust work evenings and weekendsMust have reliable transportation
