Best-One Tire & Service in Monroe is looking for an AG Tire Technician who can be a dependable driver to join our team. Responsibilities include mounting, dismounting, repairing and servicing agricultural tires and wheels, with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship. Experience with farm equipment. Candidates should have a good work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, if this is you, we want to talk to you!

What You'll Do as an AG Tire Technician:
* Dismounting and mounting auto, truck, agricultural and commercial vehicle tires.
* Operating a service truck on outside service calls.
* Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
* Determining repairable tire conditions and making such repairs.
* Properly executing service and billing documents.
* Following all safety and driving rules.
* After Hours (on call) service calls.
What We're Looking For:
* Prior experience in commercial and/or agricultural vehicles is preferred.
* Farm background experience
* Working in all types of weather.
* Self-Starter
* Valid driver's license with a safe driving history.
* Repetitive lifting up to 100 pounds.
* Commitment to service beyond the expectations of our customers.
* High School Graduate or GED preferred.
