The ideal candidate will combine strong credit analysis skills with a passion for working directly with producers and rural businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and grow a portfolio of agricultural lending relationshipsProspect new business opportunities within the local farming and ranching communityStructure and analyze agricultural loan requests including operating lines, equipment, livestock, and real estate loansConduct financial analysis and credit underwriting to ensure sound loan qualityMonitor portfolio performance and manage risk appropriatelyMaintain strong relationships with customers by providing consultative financial solutionsParticipate in community and agricultural events to support business developmentQualifications3+ years of agricultural lending or related credit experienceKnowledge of agricultural operations including crop and livestock financingStrong credit analysis and financial statement interpretation skillsProven ability to develop new business and manage client relationshipsUnderstanding of agricultural markets and rural communitiesBachelor's degree in Finance, Agriculture Business, or related field preferred
