Ag Equipment Mechanic
Full-time, day shift position!
Pay starts at $24.00-$36.00/hr DOE.
Responsibilities of the Ag Equipment Mechanic:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair agricultural machinery and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on tractors, harvesters, trailers, and support vehicles
- Repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, diesel, and gas engine systems
- Complete welding and fabrication projects as needed
- Assist with maintenance planning and parts inventory management
- Maintain accurate service, inspection, and repair records
- Ensure equipment operates safely and complies with company safety standards
Requirements of the Ag Equipment Mechanic:
- Minimum of 3 years of agricultural equipment repair and maintenance experience
- Experience working with diesel and gas engines
- Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and welding systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid California Driver's License required
- Schedule is Mon-Fri, overtime as needed
