Afternoon/Night Manager

* 5 days per week . Weekends a must
* Availability to work 12:00 PM-8:00 PM or 1:00 PM-9:00 PM
* Dunkin Shift Manager experience required.
* Lead and support the afternoon/night team
* Help manage afternoon scheduling and call-outs
* Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure all Dunkin standards are being met
* Maintain strong customer service, speed, cleanliness, accuracy, and overall shift execution
* Provide leadership and accountability throughout the afternoon and evening
* Have daily communication with Network Management
