They are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead aftermarket and fleet sales efforts across a multi-state territory. This position offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth, build strategic customer relationships, and make a direct impact on market expansion within a highly respected organization.Responsibilities:* Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.* Manage relationships with distributors, dealer networks, and fleet customers throughout the assigned region.* Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.* Conduct regular customer visits, joint sales calls, and business reviews to strengthen partnerships.* Serve as a product and industry expert by providing training, support, and consultative solutions to customers.* Present pricing programs, promotions, and product offerings while ensuring consistent execution across accounts.* Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activity, track opportunities, maintain forecasts, and analyze territory performance.* Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, customer service, operations, and supply chain to support customer needs and business objectives.* Participate in trade shows, industry events, customer meetings, and field visits to strengthen market presence.* Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.* 5+ years of successful field sales experience within the heavy-duty truck, trailer, transportation, aftermarket, or related industries.* Demonstrated success achieving territory sales goals and driving profitable growth.* Strong understanding of distributor, dealer, and fleet sales channels.* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.* Experience utilizing CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.* Ability and willingness to travel throughout the territory on a regular basis.
