Shining Steps ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our after-school program and provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents. Sessions run mainly after school, with some weekend opportunities, in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
You will implement BCBA-approved treatment plans, collect data, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining a positive, professional approach and reliable transportation.
