Hermitage BEST Kids is seeking a warm, confident Program Director to own our growing after-school program in Hermitage/Nashville. You’ll lead the coaching team, manage transitions, support about 70 kids, and communicate with families to keep afternoons safe, organized, engaging, and FUN.
Role requires exceptional organization, clear professional communication, and ownership of the entire program from staffing to activities.
