Job Description
- Assist in planning the Husky Adventure Camps
- Coordinate camp schedules
- Schedule transportation needed for camp events
- Communicate with the Transportation Director about transportation issues
- Determine student bus assignments
- Communicate with the Food Service Director about food service issues
- Communicates with parents, i.e., newsletters, website, announcements, progress reports, etc.
- The first line of communication for the teaching staff, support staff and volunteers
- Communicate information about the camps to parents and camp personnel
- Provide basic organization of the program
- Be present during camp hours of operation
- Contact the local media on a weekly basis to publicize camp events
- Effectively organizes, updates and communicates student performance data
- Record and report daily attendance
- Attend family/parent activities
- Trouble-shoot issues that arise
