Position :
The After School Program assistant monitors students and conducts the program under the direction of the Activities Coordinator and Administration. The assistants will help create a structured, safe, and secure environment for students weekday afternoons. The position is a 10 month, M-F (school schedule), 3 hour day, with a possible split shift option (of 6 hours) 6 AM-8 AM and/or afternoons 3PM-6 PM

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist the coordinator in developing and implementing a structured program of activities for students who remain on campus before and after school hours
- Organize, monitor, and lead various activities, including but not limited to games, activities, sports, study time, and snack
- Oversee student behavior and discipline in a manner consistent with the school's mission and handbook to develop students of character and virtue
- Required: 18 years of age or older
- Preferred: Experience working with children/students
