Schedule: 3:15/ end of school day to 5:00/ 5:30, with an additional 1.5 hours of dedicated preparation time
Compensation: $21.18 per hour

Position Summary
The Educational Leader operates under the supervision of the CLC Site Coordinator and is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading programs and activities during the Before School Matters period. The Educational Leader develops activities that incorporate learning enrichment and various skill-building exercises intended to foster youth growth and development. In collaboration with other CLC staff, the Educational Leader is tasked with cultivating an engaging and positive environment for students during out-of-school time.
