Responsibilities include assisting in implementing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans, supervising and engaging with children during playtime and activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the program, assisting with homework help and tutoring for school-aged children, and communicating effectively with parents and staff members.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow.
