After Hours Urgent Care PA/NP – Flexible Schedule

Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado is seeking an After Hours Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a PRN rotating schedule. You will provide emergent, urgent, and acute primary care in the After Hours Clinic, offering a high-quality alternative to the Emergency Department.

The role supports a 70-hour biweekly schedule with 10-hour shifts (40 hours one week, 30 the next). Required CO licensure (PA or NP) with ACLS/PALS; NCCPA preferred for PA; 3–5 years ED/clinical experience
