Working part-time on Friday nights from 5:00 PM to 8:30 AM EST, the After Hours Support Specialist will manage incoming calls from caregivers, clients, and professionals, addressing inquiries and issues while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Promptly and professionally answer calls from caregivers, clients, and potential clients Calmly handle inquiries and resolve issues that arise during the overnight shift Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills while multitasking effectively Required qualifications At least 1 year of administrative experience in health care, elder care, or human services A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college Prior experience in a remote working environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask Must reside within commuting distance of designated office locations for occasional training and events
