Gentiva Hospice is seeking an After Hours Hospice Registered Nurse to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. You will serve as the primary liaison between patients, families, physicians and the hospice team during shifts and manage urgent calls and symptom control.
Ideal candidates hold an active CA RN license, have 1+ year of nursing experience, and are skilled in EMR documentation.
