Overseeing urgent repair and maintenance needs during afterhours periods, the full-time After Hours Facility Manager will manage and dispatch service tickets, provide updates to clients, and support the management team in maintaining service standards, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Accept and dispatch high-priority work orders during afterhours shifts, ensuring timely assignment and adherence to client service level agreements Source vendors nationwide to fulfill work order needs and provide updates to internal teams and clients regarding work order status Supervise Afterhours team members, including timecard review and performance discussions, while participating in the escalation management rotation Required qualifications Degree with three years' experience in Project Management or equivalent training and experience Basic skills in a work management system and proficiency in MS Office Experience in managing service operations and vendor relationships Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Demonstrated supervisory experience in a remote setting
