AFSO - TS/SCI CI Polygraph
Piper Companies is hiring an AFSO - TS/SCI CI Polygraph for a government technology organization located in Reston, VA. The AFSO - TS/SCI CI Polygraph will support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) in managing personnel, physical, and program security activities for classified programs and secure facilities. The AFSO - TS/SCI CI Polygraph is a full-time onsite position working 5 days per week in Reston, VA from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities of the AFSO - TS/SCI CI Polygraph:
- Support the FSO and CSSO with personnel security, program security, and facility security operations for classified programs
- Process security clearances, indoctrinations, debriefings, onboarding, offboarding, clearance requests, and program briefings
- Manage assigned contracts including DD254 requirements, tasking coordination, visit requests, and compliance activities
- Support SCIF construction and enhancement projects by performing escorts, managing access controls, and enforcing secure handling of electronics and classified materials
- Conduct physical security inspections, security assessments, and self-inspections to ensure compliance with NISP, ICD, and customer requirements
- Maintain security records and utilize DISS, NBIS, SWFT, and related systems to support personnel security operations
Requirements of the AFSO - TS/SCI CI Polygraph:
- 5+ years of experience supporting personnel, program, physical, or industrial security within classified environments
- Active TS/SCI clearance with current CI Polygraph required
- Experience serving as an AFSO, CSSO, FSO, or similar security professional supporting classified contracts and programs
- Strong knowledge of DD254 administration, contract security requirements, personnel security processes, and DISS
- Experience supporting SCIF environments, physical security operations, escort duties, and NIST compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Compensation for the AFSO - TS/SCI CI Polygraph:
$115,000 - $130,000, based on experience. Full comprehensive benefits: health, vision, dental, PTO, paid holiday and sick leave if required by law.
