Electrical Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects within affordable housing developments. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage electrical construction projects for affordable housing developments from start to finishCoordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecastsOversee estimating, procurement, and project financial performanceEnsure compliance with electrical codes, design specifications, and safety standardsConduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and resource allocationManage project documentation, change orders, and reporting requirementsMaintain strong client relationships and support business growth initiativesRequired Qualifications:Strong experience in electrical construction, contracting, or engineeringProven background in project management, budgeting, and financial oversightAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership, communication, and team management skillsProficiency with project management and construction software toolsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferredRequired Experience:5+ years of affordable housing project experience5+ years of electrical estimating experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience in multifamily residential or affordable housing developmentsStrong knowledge of electrical design, installation, and code complianceProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetCompensation: Base Salary - USD $70,000 to $160,000
