Owning and managing affiliate communities remotely, the full-time Affiliate Community Coordinator will execute community challenges, provide coaching to affiliate creators, and focus on growing and retaining productive affiliates. Key responsibilities Manage and engage with affiliate communities on Discord and Lark Execute community challenges to drive posting and GMV growth Provide daily content review and feedback to affiliate creators Required qualifications 1+ year of community or influencer management experience 1+ year of TikTok Shop Affiliate experience on the brand side Experience in paid or performance content creation is a plus Background in beauty or wellness/health is a plus
