Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Advanced Aesthetic Injector

Location: Southwest Florida.
Schedule: 4 or 5 days/week, 8‑hour shifts.
Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 base + commission.

About the Role

Join one of Southwest Florida’s most established and respected aesthetic practices, renowned for patient‑first care, strong community ties, and a full‑scope medical aesthetics model. This advanced practice provider (APP) will play a key role in the growth of the aesthetic division alongside a new incoming plastic surgeon.

What You’ll Do

• Perform a full range of injectable and laser‑based aesthetic services, including PDO Threads, BBL (BroadBand Light), MOXI, RF Microneedling, and Sofwave.
• Evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide follow‑up care.
• Document all encounters in Nextech EMR.
• Collaborate closely with surgical providers, estheticians, and the broader clinical team.
• Educate patients on skincare, treatment expectations, and post‑procedure care.

Who You Are?

• Board Certified NP or PA with aesthetic injection experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Confident in delivering full‑spectrum injectable treatments and laser‑based technologies.
• Passionate about aesthetics and committed to continued learning and evolving trends.
