Role Description The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner is a full-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC, responsible for delivering non-surgical cosmetic treatments and supporting surgical patients throughout their care. Daily responsibilities include performing comprehensive consultations, assessing patient goals and medical histories, and recommending appropriate aesthetic procedures and skincare plans. The role involves administering injectables, laser treatments, and other aesthetic services, monitoring patient responses, and documenting all care in accordance with clinical standards and regulations. The Nurse Practitioner will also provide pre- and post-procedure education, coordinate follow-up visits, collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff, and support practice growth through excellent patient experiences and professional communication.
Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina and appropriate national certification; prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related specialty preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and safe administration of cosmetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, skincare therapies).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build patient trust, explain procedures clearly, and collaborate effectively with surgeons and clinical staff.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation, use of electronic health records, and adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent advanced practice program; BLS/ACLS certification and experience in an outpatient clinic setting are beneficial.
