About This JobPosition Overview: We are hiring an entry-level Aesthetic Injector to join our Operations team at Haus of Confidence. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a licensed clinical professional who is passionate about aesthetic medicine and eager to grow in a fast-paced medspa environment. You will work alongside experienced providers, gain hands-on experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers, and contribute to transformative patient outcomes in a supportive, patient-centered culture.ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities:Perform consultations and aesthetic assessments to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.Administer neuromodulators (e.g., Botox) and dermal fillers following physician protocols and best-practice techniques.Provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions, monitor recovery, and escalate complications to the medical director when necessary.Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record, including consents, treatment notes, and photographic records.Adhere to strict infection control, safety, and sterile technique standards to ensure patient safety.Coordinate closely with front-desk and clinical team members to optimize scheduling, patient flow, and the overall client experience.Manage clinical supplies and injectable inventory; assist with room setup, turnover, and supply ordering as needed.Participate in ongoing education, training sessions, and marketing or patient-retention activities to support practice growth.RequirementsQualificationsRequired:Current, active license as an RN, NP, PA, or MD in the practicing state.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Demonstrated interest in cosmetic injectables; willingness to complete company-provided hands-on training and competency assessments.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused, consultative approach.Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and adherence to clinical protocols and HIPAA requirements.Ability to work onsite full-time with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends.Preferred:Previous experience performing neuromodulator and dermal filler injections (1+ year preferred).Formal injectable certification(s), facial anatomy training, or advanced aesthetic coursework.Experience in a medspa, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and inventory management.Customer-retention or minor sales experience related to aesthetic services and retail products.BenefitsBenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commission and performance-based bonuses tied to treatments and retail.Paid on-the-job training, mentorship, and support for continuing education and certification.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.Paid time off and observed holidays.Generous employee discounts on treatments, services, and skincare products.401(k) or retirement plan availability.Clear career progression in a rapidly growing practice with opportunities for advanced clinical roles.Supportive, collaborative team culture in an upscale onsite clinical environment.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly experienced, passionate Aesthetic Injector to become the go-to expert at Haus of Confidence in Old Town Scottsdale.
