- Follows and completes paperwork requirements. Any deviations, questions are asked.
- Procedurally oriented
- Does not deviate from procedures
- If procedures are unclear ask for clarification
- Craftsmanship mentality
- Ability to be cross trained on multiple areas
- Part marking
- Machine Center
- Drill Center
- Rivet Insertion
- Deburr
- Aerospace Drawing interpretation/basic specification training requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Selected candidate will be asked to pass a battery of tests.
- Good Attendance is a requirement
$18.19 + $1.82 shift differential
