Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute engineering projects supporting production programs.
* Assess and resolve non-conformances in real time to maintain production flow.
* Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
* Optimize processes to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance efficiency.
* Manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, manufacturing, and product management.
* Provide engineering authority for material review and technical dispositions.
* Train and support team members with technical expertise.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in Engineering (required) or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 9 years of relevant project engineering experience (or 7 years with a Masters, or 13 years without a degree).
* Strong knowledge of design, manufacturing, and testing processes.
* Proficiency in CAD, GD&T, analysis, or materials (required).
* Previous experience with root cause investigations and non-conformance resolution.
* Familiarity with DFMEA/PFMEA, process optimization, and systems engineering principles.
* Six Sigma Certification (preferred).
