This role oversees daily production, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets are met in a high‑integrity aerospace manufacturing environment. You will coordinate staffing, assign work, monitor process controls, and resolve production issues.
The supervisor coaches and develops technicians, drives 5S and continuous improvement, partners with engineering and quality, tracks KPIs, and ensures compliance with customer, aerospace, and PCC standards across all shifts and work cells.
