Accrued time is available for immediate use; prorated first yearUncapped Referral Bonus Program – up to $750 per qualified hire.What You'll DoAs a Laminator, you'll help manufacture high-quality composite aerospace parts by performing a variety of techniques to laminate composite components according to drawings and Standard Work Instruction (SWI).Responsibilities IncludeLay-up composite materials on mandrels according to the manufacturing plan and standard work instructions (SWI); wrap mold with composite materials, in preparation for curing process, to form composite parts.Check for accuracy in all prior documentation of manufacturing planning; reporting all discrepancies and schedule concerns to the supervisor.Verify materials being used are according to manufacturing plan.Verify part ID tag and sign off on work performed.Adhere to schedules and time allowances, takt time, for production requirements.What We're Looking ForManufacturing, production, assembly, construction, or other hands-on experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.Excellent interpersonal skills.Comfortable working with your hands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.Working ConditionsWhile performing the typical duties of this job, employees will experience the conditions noted below.
