They are looking for future lead systems engineers to join their growing team. Join them, and you will work with our veteran lead systems engineers in requirements flowdowns, interface management, integration & test planning, and multi-disciplinary technical leadership while being mentored in the skills required to lead a program in the future.

Duties and responsibilities include:Work in cross-functional teams with program managers, scientists, and engineers to develop new technologies and laser systems for military and space applicationsInvestigate technical issues and support their resolutionDevelop flowdown of technical requirements and maintain requirement documents and databasesRequirement verification and trackingTrack and manage technical resources such as mass, volume, and powerDevelop test plans and participate in test executionManage documentation of internal and external system interfacesLead and/or execute special projects at the direction of program leadershipPrepare technical documentation for internal stakeholders and/or external customersPresent at technical reviewsRequirements:A bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or optics5 years of relevant experience preferredExperience with the design and testing of engineering or scientific instrumentationProficient in the fundamental principles of opticsExperience with at least one of: spaceflight hardware, electro-optical systems, hardware systems engineeringWritten and verbal technical communication skillsLeadership experience preferredU.S. citizenship is requiredHold or can acquire a Secret or Top-Secret Clearance preferred
