The position is focused on precision, quality, and safety. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. This position is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude, general machine operation or aerospace manufacturing exposure who are eager to learn, grow, and develop advanced technical skills.ResponsibilitiesOperate tube deburring equipment and fitting installation equipmentPerform machine programming and Vision Measurement Machine (VMM) programmingFabricate, handle, and move materialsMonitor equipment performance, identify issues, and perform basic troubleshootingSet up, calibrate, and adjust machinesUse precision measurement and inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesInterpret blueprints and technical drawingsEssential SkillsBasic mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand machine operation and mechanical systems.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Strong attention to detail and quality focus in a precision manufacturing environment.Capability to use hand tools and basic shop equipment safely and effectively.Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
