Aerospace Assembly & Test TechnicianWe are hiring an Aerospace Assembly & Test Technician in Heath, OH, to support aerospace component assembly, system testing, repair, and modification activities in a defense and aerospace manufacturing environment. This role requires experience with hand tools, mechanical and electrical systems, technical work instructions, and aerospace testing processes, with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.Responsibilities:Support system repair and modification efforts by assisting in the disassembly and reassembly of aerospace componentsPerform basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate faults and support corrective actionsConduct validation and verification testing of systems and components to ensure functionality and complianceFabricate and modify aerospace parts and assemblies according to engineering specificationsAssist with safe handling and movement of aerospace vehicles, including jacking, towing, and system operation supportFollow detailed work instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards under supervisionQualifications:High School DiplomaAbility to obtain a Secret Clearance1+ year of experience using hand tools and/or following technical work instructionsBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsExposure to mechanical or electrical systemsAbility to work 2nd/3rd shift schedulesWillingness to work with beryllium and/or other regulated chemicalsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with inspection of parts, components, assemblies, or units1+ year of experience in soldering and component assembly1+ year of experience using handheld and power toolsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specificationsExperience working under a microscope (precision assembly environment)Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
