Aerospace Assembler – ElectronicsLocation: Everett, WAShift: 6:00am–3:30pm (Mon–Thurs) and 6:00am–2:30pm every other FridayType: Contract-to-HireWe are seeking an experienced Aerospace Assembler. This role supports the assembly, modification, and testing of intricate electronic assemblies in an aerospace environment.Key Responsibilities:Assemble complex wire harnesses, cables, and electronic assembliesPerform precision hand soldering and reworkRead and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprintsBuild initial layouts and perform continuity checksStrip, tin, bend, terminate, and install wiring and componentsModify, rework, and test assemblies as neededSupport and train lower-level assemblersFollow all safety, quality, and productivity standardsRequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience with complex wire harness assemblyStrong hand soldering and de-soldering skillsAbility to interpret schematics and assembly drawingsExperience using hand tools, power tools, and microscopesHigh attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a teamThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
