Agilis has requirements for experienced Aerodynamics and Performance Engineers. Successful experienced candidates will possess: at least 5 years' experience performing aerodynamic and performance analysis; proficiency with analysis tools; the ability to integrate their work with that of the other members of the design team; the ability to present technical material to other team members and to customers; the ability to clearly and concisely organize and document all important aspects of analysis, the ability to develop methodology such as hand calculations, spreadsheets and three-dimensional CFD analysis; a thorough knowledge of advanced engineering methods, tools and procedures related to gas turbine engines or in a similar field, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Also required is the ability to obtain a United States Security Clearance and the willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally if requested. Preference will be given to candidates familiarwith AS9100 Quality Management Systems.

Requirements For This Position

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related degree.
• Experienced candidatesmust have 5+ years' of experience in gas turbine engineering or a similar technical field
• Strong knowledge of CAD software, preferrably Star-CCM+ or CFX
• Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Security Clearance
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally if necessary.
