Supporting the Aero Cost Leader in a full-time remote capacity, the Aero Cost Analyst will analyze spending, identify savings opportunities, track cost-out initiatives, and provide financial insights to ensure savings are realized. Key responsibilities Analyze labor, materials, and operating costs to identify trends and improvement opportunities Build and maintain cost models, dashboards, and savings trackers for performance monitoring Prepare management reports and executive summaries to communicate findings and validate savings Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge/experience Advanced analytical and numerical skills with a strong understanding of cost structures Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and reporting tools, with knowledge of ERP/finance systems preferred Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders Fluency in English
